Welcome to Library Factotum.  I'm Robert F. Loftus, MSLIS, and I am the Systems & Training Librarian at the Baldwinsville Public Library in Baldwinsville, New York.  I will be a speaker at the Computers in Libraries Conference in Washington, DC in April of 2014.  The theme of that conference is "Hack The Library", and in this space I'll be sharing information about how to use Open Educational and Software resources to create new services for library patrons.
